Description

The hotel is part of the BRISTOL ROYAL complex. The complex consists of six hotels: five-star Livia and four-star-Bristol Palace, Bristol, Kralovska Villa, Tereza, Georgy House. Kolonada and Dom Pavlova health resorts are located separately by the Tepla river. The Tereza hotel has a laser resort center. Bristol Palace, Bristol, Livia, Kralovska Villa, Teresa, and Georgy House are connected to each other and to the common balneocomplex with a swimming pool by underground passages. The hotel offers a Luggage storage service, a library, currency exchange, and souvenir sales. The staff speaks Russian, German and English. The reception is open 24 hours a day. For use, customers are provided with umbrellas in return for a Deposit.

The hotel is located in the heart of the resort area, on Sadovaya street, a short walk from the colonnade and mineral springs.

In the restaurant: international cuisine, diet food, vegetarian dishes, children's menu. It is possible to order a lunch packet. Drinks for lunch and dinner are included in the price. You can order Breakfast, lunch or dinner in your room.Meals: buffet Breakfast, lunch and dinner a La carte. Diet food is possible. Meals are served in the Bristol Palace building.

Rooms Fund

The hotel has a total of 36 rooms:

SGL STD (8): single room, room size 24 m2.

DBL STD (16): double room, some rooms are twin. The room size is 25 m2.

SUITE (12): a two-room Suite with a bedroom and a living room, an extra bed can be placed in this room category, it is possible to divide the beds (twin). The room size is 48-50 m2.

In each room: bathroom with bathtub, bidet only in SUITE, hair dryer, make-up mirror, Bathrobe, Slippers, satellite TV, mini-bar, Desk, safe, free ADSL Internet, smoke detectors, all rooms with balcony.

In the rooms, customers are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.

The hotel rooms are non-Smoking.

The hotel does not have rooms for disabled guests.

Twin beds are available in DBL STD and SUITE rooms.

You can't connect numbers.

An extra bed is available in SUITES.

Pets are allowed. A surcharge of 15 Euro/night.

Room cleaning: daily. Change of bed linen: every 4th day. Change of towels: daily or as needed.

Check-in: from 14:00. Check-out: until 12: 00.

Late departure is possible by appointment.

Infrastructure

The complex consists of several hotels: Bristol Palace, Bristol, Livia, Kralovska Villa, Teresa, Georgy House. Own restaurant at the Bristol hotel. All hotels in the complex have a common medical base and a swimming pool (170 m2) with Jacuzzi and saunas. Paid secure Parking is available near the Bristol Palace hotel.

Treatment

All procedures are carried out in the hotel’s own balneological center.

FBL / HBL (called SIMPLE SPA at the hotel) includes:
Half board (HBL) or full board (FBL), 10 fixed procedures per person per week (2× MedyJet massage bed, 1× classic partial massage, 1× pearl bath, 2× oxygen therapy, 2× paraffin hand treatment, 1× Hydroxer massage bath, 1× whirlpool bath for hands or feet) during a 7-night stay, free access to the pool and fitness center.
The program does not include a doctor’s examination or a prescribed drinking cure.

FBR / HBR (called BRISTOL CLASSIC at the hotel) includes:
Half board (HBR) or full board (FBR), 3 medical treatments over 6 nights prescribed by a doctor and carried out by professional medical staff, 5 relaxation treatments per week as prescribed by a doctor, 1 active session per week (aqua gymnastics, group exercises – depending on the season and group composition), free access to the pool and fitness center, 1 initial medical examination.
The package includes 15 treatments per week.

FBT / HBT (called BRISTOL PREMIUM at the hotel)
The package price per person includes:
Half board (lunch or dinner) HBT / full board FBT
Initial examination by a spa doctor
Preparation of an individual treatment program for the period of stay
Individual plan for drinking medicinal mineral waters
7 medical treatments per week prescribed by a doctor and carried out by professional medical staff
9 relaxation treatments per week as prescribed by a doctor
2 active sessions per week (Nordic walking, yoga, aqua gymnastics, therapeutic exercise – depending on the season and/or group composition)
15% discount on additional treatments
Bathrobe and slippers in the room
