Description
The hotel is part of the BRISTOL ROYAL complex. In 2003 it was completely reconstructed.
Hotels belonging to the BRISTOL ROYAL complex are located in the center of the resort.
The complex consists of six hotels: five-star Livia and four-star - Bristol Palace, Bristol, Kralovska Villa, Tereza, Georgy House. Kolonada and Dom Pavlova sanatoriums are located separately by the Tepla river.
The Tereza has a laser spa center.
The hotels Bristol Palace, Bristol, Livia, Kralovska Villa, Tereza, Georgy House are connected to each other and to a common balneological complex with a swimming pool by underground passages.
The service staff speaks Russian, German and English.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
Customers are offered a luggage storage service, a library, currency exchange, and souvenir sales
Customers are provided with umbrellas for use in exchange for a deposit.

The Teresa Hotel is located next to the Bristol Palace Hotel, directly opposite a beautiful forest and at the same time with a beautiful view of Karlovy Vary. The springs and colonnade are just a 10-minute walk away.

Drinks (tea, water) for lunch and dinner are included in the price of the guesthouse. It is possible to order breakfast, lunch or dinner to your room.
Meals: breakfast - buffet, lunch and dinner à la carte. Diet food is possible. Meals are served in the Bristol Palace building.
Rooms Fund
There are 22 rooms in the hotel:
SGL STD (8): single room, room area 23-29 m2.
DBL STD (9): double room, some twin rooms. Room size 24-46 m2.
SUITE (5): two-room suite with a bedroom and a living room, it is possible to put an extra bed in this room, it is possible to separate the beds (twin). Room size 54-67 m2.
Each room has a bathroom with a bath or shower, bidet in some rooms, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe, slippers, satellite TV, minibar, desk, safe, free ADSL internet, smoke detectors, some rooms with balcony.
In the rooms, clients are provided with: soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.
The hotel rooms are non-smoking.
There are no disabled rooms at the hotel.
Twin beds are available in DBL STD and SUITE rooms.
It is possible to connect numbers (connect) in some rooms of the category SGL STD + SGL STD, DBL STD + SUITE.
Extra bed is possible in DBL STD SUITE.
Pets are allowed. Supplement 15 euro / night.
Housekeeping: daily. Bed linen change: every 4th day. Change of towels: daily or as needed.
